For more than 20 years Dr Gendy has worked as a consultant gynaecologist in the UK and abroad.
The clinics include treatments for a range of gynaecological procedures.
G-Spot Augmentation
The G-Spot Augmentation, sometimes is called the G-Shot, is an injection in the area of the G- spot to enhance the sexual arousal and orgasm. It allows more fullness of the G-spot leading to a tense and deep orgasm. The G-spot is named after Dr Ernest Grafenberg who discovered it in the 1950s. It is located on the front wall of the vagina. It swells up during sexual arousal and at the end of the orgasm.
G spot augmentation is a minimally invasive non-surgical treatment with excellent outcome. It is a simple procedure performed by the experienced Gynaecologist injecting hyaluronic acid filler, which are natural substances in the human body, under local anaesthetic. After this, a tampon is placed for 4 hours. The actual injection usually takes a few seconds and the total clinic visit time is usually less than 30 minutes, so there is no recovery time needed. You’re ready to get on with your day.
The O-injection
Up to 25% of women have orgasmic dysfunction. The O-injection is a non-surgical procedure that can stimulate the vagina in a way that positively impacts orgasms.
The procedure is performed in the doctor’s consulting room, by injecting that patients own blood platelets into the vaginal tissue. These platelets then stimulate the growth of new cells in the injected areas, making those areas more sensitive to the touch.
Vulval Bleaching
This aims to remove darkened skin colour in the vulval area, inner thighs or in the perineum. Such discolouration may be genetic, a result of hormonal changes, age, or childbirth. This condition can often be frustrating to a woman and result in poor self-esteem and sexual dysfunction. The procedure takes place using laser, or more simply a special application of vulval solution and masks on three or more sessions, depending on the severity of the discolouration. Each session usually lasts about 15 minutes.
Hormonal Imbalance
Hormones are your body’s chemical messengers. Produced in the endocrine glands, these powerful chemicals travel around your blood stream telling tissues and organs what to do. They help control many of your body’s major processes, including metabolism and reproduction.
When you have a hormonal imbalance, you have too much or too little of a certain hormone. Even tiny changes can have serious effects throughout your whole body.
Think of hormones like a cake recipe. Too much or too little of any one ingredient affects the final product. While some hormone levels fluctuate throughout your lifetime and may just be the result of natural aging, other changes occur when your endocrine glands get the recipe wrong.
Hormonal balance is vital to a healthy, cancer-free mind and body, but can be disrupted in many ways. Hormone fluctuations occur naturally, such as in puberty, menopause and perimenopause.
Hormone imbalance may also be caused by age, medications, toxins, endocrinal disorders, tumors or an unbalanced lifestyle. Understanding the causes of hormone imbalance empowers us to prevent them, and at the same time, feel better, think better, and better prevent their complications.
Vaginal Labiaplasty
The term labiaplasty refers to a procedure that reduces the length of the labia minora. It is the most commonly performed vaginal rejuvenation procedure and it can relieve symptoms women experience from twisting and tugging of the labia. Women opt for surgery for a variety of reasons, including pain from twisting and tugging of the labia when riding a bike or during intercourse, itching, irritation and self-consciousness.
The goal of the procedure is to reduce the labia minora so that they don’t hang below the hair-bearing labia majora. A labiaplasty may be performed to reduce asymmetry when one is longer than the other, or, more commonly, to reduce the length of both labia so that the labia no longer twist, tug or fall out of a swimsuit.
Labiaplasty typically results in shorter labia that no longer hang down below the level of the hair-bearing labia majora. Most patients who experienced symptoms from twisting and tugging of their labia generally find relief after surgery. According to multiple studies, labiaplasty surgery is associated with a high satisfaction rate of over 90 percent.
